Delivery Details: Delivery address and precise geographical coordinates (latitude & longitude) for order location tracking.
Device Info: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push notification tokens to send order status updates.
Order History: Past bakery orders, coupon usages, and custom cake preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for:

Authenticating your account and verifying orders via SMS OTP.
Preparing, baking, and delivering your custom cake and bakery orders.
Sending real-time push notifications for order status (Processing, Out for Delivery, Delivered).
Providing customer care and dispute resolution.

3. Data Protection & Third-Party Sharing

Ankita Bakers strictly respects user privacy. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any external advertisers or third parties. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers required to operate the app:

Payment Gateways: Razorpay for secure digital payment processing.
Push Notifications: Google Firebase Messaging for status alerts.

4. Data Security

All user data transmitted between the Ankita Bakers mobile app, web platform, and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption protocols.

5. Account & Data Deletion Policy

Requesting Account & Data Deletion:

Users can request complete deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time by following these steps:

In-App Deletion: Go to Profile Screen > Account > Delete Account in the mobile app.
Email Request: Send an email to ankitabakery@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number.

Data Retention & Purging: Upon receiving a deletion request, your user profile, saved addresses, FCM tokens, and associated personal records will be permanently purged from our primary databases within 30 days. Completed transaction logs required for statutory tax compliance will be retained securely in accordance with local regulations.
